Voting FAQ
At this point, it is too late to vote by mail. The late ruling by the 8th Circuit Court will change the rules for counting ballots. Only ballots received by 8PM on Election Day will be counted. If you have a ballot and have not yet returned it, you need to make a plan to return it in person - you can find where to drop it off or where to vote early in person here.
If you recently mailed in your ballot, make sure to confirm that it’s been received and accepted here. If your mailed ballot hasn’t been accepted yet, you can choose to vote in person instead. Find your polling place here. Note: If you choose to vote in-person, election officials will automatically cancel your mail-in absentee ballot before giving you a new one to ensure each person only casts one ballot.
